An award-winning project to improve customer service

Anglian Water needed to integrate SAP data and corporate document management to improve operations. They were looking for a partner who could deliver, and help them move to a newer intranet platform. We helped them ascertain the best steps forward, and introduced Microsoft Sharepoint and Opentext Livelink ‘Enterprise Content Management solution’.

Working in partnership with Anglian Water, we:

  • Rolled the programme out across the business, to create a powerful way of communicating across the company
  • Engaged the business in change, providing training to those involved
  • Drew up a strategy for moving to the new data management
  • Significantly reduced data duplication, and the risks it involves
  • Improved productivity and efficiency.
