Anglian Water – Scheduling Healthcheck

Posted by Rachael Pullen on April 15, 2015

A scheduling health check to maximise investment

Anglian Water had an established ClickSoftware scheduling system in place. They were aware that they were not optimising the schedule and that, over the years, other service providers had amended the schedule, adding various levels of complexity, which resulted in 70% of jobs being scheduled manually, accounting for 300 hours per week.

Working in partnership with Anglian Water we:

  • Implemented an improvement plan which provided Anglian Water with 100% visibility of changes made to the schedule
  • Re-aligned the schedule to drive key business objectives
  • Improved trust in automated schedules
