Enabling better working practices across four geographic territories

The international utility company National Grid were looking to transform their gas distribution business to improve customer service. With a mobile workforce of over 5,000 engineers, they asked us to help deliver a standardised programme for work management.

Working with the National Grid we:

  • Provided advice on best practice for fieldforce optimisation
  • Held workshops to understand needs and design solutions
  • Developed robust business processes and an overall mobile fieldforce solution
  • Supported partners to test products before roll out
  • Integrated the solution with other IT solutions
  • Provided support to roll out change across the business
  • Developed training for end users
