How we are structured

We are not fans of hierarchy and unnecessary structure. We understand that progression is important, but we believe in providing this through project opportunities and internal development, rather than via a complex series of roles and grades. This doesn’t mean we are not ambitious as a group, or as individuals, or that we don’t provide professional development, but we simply think there are more important things to worry about than job titles.
