Enabling better working practices across four geographic territories

The international utility company National Grid were looking to transform their gas distribution business to improve customer service. With a mobile workforce of over 5,000 engineers, they asked us to help deliver a standardised programme for work management.

Working with the National Grid we:

  • Developed training for end users
