Federico has over 15 years of hands-on experience across all phases of the project life-cycle (pre-sales, solution design/analysis, development & configuration, testing, training and managed services). He specialises in facilitating business change, leading the end-to-end design of customer solutions focusing on people, processes, technology and space.

Federico’s experience has been gained on a broad range of strategic assignments focusing on Field Service Management/Workforce Management (FSM/WFM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, which he has helped to deliver for customers including G4S , Orange, T-Mobile, Bristol Water, Wiltshire Police, Certas Energy and Auto Windscreens.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending as much time as he can with the little ones, mostly doing outdoors activities, such as skating, cycling, swimming and running.
