Jodi has over 6 years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry with hands-on experience across all phases of the service lifecycle (service strategy, service & solution design, service transition, service operations and continuous improvement).  She has been involved in a range of Field Service Management (FSM) & Workforce Management (WFM) programmes across various industry sectors both public and private; working with the likes of Vodafone, Mitie, John Lewis and Marks and Spencer and delivering projects for customers including Capita, Quicklight, Lincolnshire County Council, Addison Lee and Nottingham County Council.
Jodi specialises in identifying possible Return On Investment (ROI) opportunities and translating business requirements into solutions that facilitate business change. She enjoys a challenge and is known for her attention to detail and personable approach, which have enabled her to build good relationships and trust with clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys scuba diving, netball, current affairs and cheese.
