Oxford Half Marathon – October 2017

On 8th October, Laurence Cramp tackled the Oxford Half Marathon.  Laurence completed the marathon in 1hour 57 minutes. Laurence ran the Marathon to raise money for Helen and Douglas House, a children’s hospice in Oxfordshire that provides hospice care for children and young adults.

Neolithic Bike Trail – April 2017

On 30th April, Kevin Anderson will be cycling across Salisbury Plain initially in aid of the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust, but additionally to raise funds for Help for Heroes.

Bath Half Marathon – March 2017

In March 2017 Laurence Cramp and Bill Lincoln will be running in the Bath Half Marathon to raise much-needed funding for Helen and Douglas House, a children’s hospice in Oxfordshire, providing hospice care for children and young adults.

London to Brighton – September 2016

Keen mountain biker, Richard Brailsford completed the London to Brighton Off-Road event in September 2016. Richard raised £1,200 on top of £3,000 from a previous event, towards ethical research into a cure for Motor Neuron Disease.

London Irish Player Sponsorship 2016/17

Leadent is proud to sponsor Brendan McKibbin for the 2016/17 Rugby season.  Brendan joined London Irish for the 2015/16 season from the New South Wales Waratahs in Super Rugby. A dynamic scrum half, he brings a wealth of experience to the squad.

WaterAid Cycle 200 – September 2015

AW Cycle 200 Sept15This annual event, which we helped to set up four years ago, has now raised a total of around £50,000 for WaterAid.  This year, Mark Thompson and a range of participants from Anglian Water once again completed the challenge of cycling 200 miles around the East Anglian countryside in 2 days.  The team was joined for part of the ride by former England rugby player, Austin Healey.  Well done to all!

Leadent supports WaterAid Ball 2015

On Saturday 11 April Mark Thompson and Pete Sharpe from Leadent hosted a number of colleagues from Anglian Water at the annual WaterAid Ball 2015. The ball raises significant funds for WaterAid, with this year’s event raising over £410,000 for the charity.

Childrey Cycle Ride 2015

leadent solutions team charityOn Sunday 22nd March 2015 a team of cycling enthusiasts – and some who were roped into doing some cycling – tackled the Childrey cycle ride. Routes of 30 and 60 miles were completed raising valuable funds for the local village community space.



WaterAid Cycle 200 2014

leadent oxfordshire team charityCongratulations to Mark Thompson and the other riders from Anglian Water who completed their 200 mile cycle ride to raise vital funds for the charity WaterAid. More than 60 riders took part in the WaterAid Cycle Challenge 2014. The event which was split over two weekends in September, covered over 200 miles for some of the riders, with others cycling between 40 and 125 miles. The team raised over £3000 for WaterAid.
