We have delivered stand-alone solutions where there is limited system integration, and complex integration projects where concurrent delivery of a new CRM or ERP, as well as mobile applications were required.

Step 4 – UAT and Support

Our focus on delivering sustainable change and engaging the user community is critical to the adoption, and success of field force management solutions. We work with you to ensure that UAT is exhaustive and achieves the goals required, not only proving the system works but also ensuring users are properly trained. We also can provide additional support in training and communications to groups impacted by the new solution.
